End User License Agreement · Last updated: June 16, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you and the publisher of XMR Wallet ("we", "us") for the use of the XMR Wallet application and all related documentation ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
This Agreement incorporates, and where applicable defers to, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Apple EULA, this Agreement governs the relationship between you and us; the Apple EULA continues to govern your relationship with Apple.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the Apple EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
XMR Wallet is a non-custodial wallet. We do not hold, transmit, or have access to your Monero, your recovery phrase, your private keys, or your wallet files. You are solely responsible for:
If you lose your recovery phrase or device, we cannot recover your funds. If you send Monero to the wrong address, the transaction cannot be reversed by us or by anyone else.
The App does not provide investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Market prices, charts, supply, and similar data are provided for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate or delayed. You are responsible for any regulatory, reporting, or tax obligations that apply to your use of Monero in your jurisdiction.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing virtual assets, sanctions, and anti-money-laundering in your jurisdiction. You may not use the App in any country, or in any manner, prohibited by applicable export controls or sanctions regimes.
The value of Monero and other cryptocurrencies is highly volatile and may decline to zero. Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible. The Monero network may suffer outages, forks, attacks, or protocol changes. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Only transact with funds you can afford to lose.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE FREE OF BUGS, SECURITY VULNERABILITIES, OR COMPATIBLE WITH FUTURE VERSIONS OF iOS, iPadOS, OR macOS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF FUNDS, PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 50.
The App may interact with the Monero network, public nodes, the Tor network, and third-party market data providers. We do not control and are not responsible for those services. Your use of them is subject to their respective terms.
The App incorporates open-source software. Each such component is licensed under its respective license. A list of components and notices is available within the App under Settings → About → Open Source Licenses.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent required by mandatory consumer protection rules, and otherwise by applicable international principles, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update this Agreement to reflect changes to the App or applicable law. The latest version will be available in the App and on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance.
